3 Sisters’ Climbing Rock Rules and Regulations: •Entrance fees should be paid at the counter of the 3 Sisters Guesthouse before approaching the climbing rock. •A maximum of 12 people are allowed to use the climbing rock at one time. •Use of the wall will only be granted to qualified climbers or climbers with a licensed and qualified climbing guide (able to lead a minimum of grade 5b/c). •Top roping is only allowed with use of the double top anchors or top chains. •The bottom anchors are only suited for self belay. Not for direct belay. •Changing or removing anything at the climbing wall and cutting trees and bushes is not allowed. •All rubbish and trash, even organic food leftovers, should not be left at the climbing rock surroundings, and should be deposited in appropriate vesicles. •Only use the existing path (no shortcuts) to the climbing rock to avoid erosion and respect the wildlife and neighborhood (no music or loud voices). •All malfunctions (loose bolts or damages at the rock) should be reported in detail to the counter of 3 Sisters Guesthouse. •Climbers and belayer should always wear appropriate helmets, harnesses, and shoes. Information: •As it is a newly made rock, be aware that some parts of the rock are delicate and small holds or steps could break out (specially, the white chalk parts are unstable). •For all climbs a 50 meter single rope is needed (minimum 9.7 mm if leading), a minimum of 8 – 10 quick runners and 3 – 4 lock karabiners. •Climb # 7 only has a top belay chain and still has to be graded (fixing tope rope via # 8). •Between climb # 3 and # 2 there is a traverse possible, ending at top of nr. # 2 •If you have any suggestions about new climbs/ lines at the rock, please contact the 3 Sisters. There has been one climb added since last week! More to come next year.
From next week training from EWN/3 Sisters adventure are starting, so might be possible that there is limited space for climbers. Saterday is no problem. Harry |

Namaste Harry,
I just saw your post on here and was wonder a few things, I will be in Pokhara for 4-5 months starting in June. Looks like you guys have started something fun around the area and wanted to know if you need some help or if I could join you guys with the progression of the area. I have set some routes back in the states and looking to help out. Are your routes lead routes it says top rope but also says you can us draws? Hopefully we can meet up on Pokhara and share some tea or climbs for that matter Cheers Aaron |

Hello Aaron,
We are planning to open two more pitches this December. Since all material is glued in, it is hard to work out while I am not there. You can't buy it in Nepal and I will bring it this winter from Europe. If any suggestions, just tell EWN (Cecil) and he can manage and inform me. Have a safe climb. Harry |

I were now several times climbing at this location and I can warmly recomend it!
You can also rent climbing gear. And 3 Sisters can also provide a climbing instructor, who also can simply be a partner to belay. Will try to post some pics tommorow. |

But I also saw two climbers that didn't use apropriate helmets, harnesses, or shoes. And I'm also quite sure they didn't pay the fee. climbers without apropriate gear:
